Flowers are made of icing and food-safe colouring, and the non-edible removable sprays are on concealed wires. For an effective less expensive alternative, flowers can be made of flat icing on the surface of the cake. These can be cut through and eaten.
The model figures are made of edible icing, but eating them, or the wired flowers is not recommended!
